Naughty Drinks to Make the Nice List

Sleigh bells ring, are you listening? That's right, it's the most wonderful time of year again! This season is all about warmth, giving, and sharing memories with friends and family. Whatever holiday you celebrate this season, nothing warms up the holiday spirit like a perfectly crafted holiday cocktail. Today, we want to share some cocktails that will inspire yuletide spirit and gift ideas that will make anyone want to share a shot. 

This Baileys Chocolate Martini from Wine and Glue is sure to bring your loved ones comfort and joy. This simple recipe calls for Baileys Irish Cream, a few ounces of vodka and a few more of creme de cocoa. Line your glass with chocolate sauce, combine your spirits in a shaker and pour. If you really want to get creative with it, garnish your cocktail with some chocolate shavings and mint leaves. It might taste naughty, but this is sure to land you on the nice list!

Our next Winter wonderland concoction comes from Drizly. This Peppermint White Russian reminisces sucking on a candy cane with a twist. Combine Kahlua, your choice of vodka, peppermint scnapps and half and half to create a drink even Santa would want with his cookies. 

For eggnog lovers, you can't go wrong with the classic spiked eggnog. This simple recipe combines 4 parts eggnog to 2 to 4 parts Baileys. Stir and pour over ice. Spice things up by lightly sprinkling some nutmeg and cinnamon and serve. 

Kids and non-alcohol drinkers are in luck this holiday with this Cranberry Fizz Mocktail from Thistlewood Farms. This recipe calls for 3 ounces of sparkling cider or ginger ale, 3 ounces of apple juice and a splash of lemon or lime juice. Rub a lemon or lime around the rim of a glass and dip the glass in a mixture of 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon. Pour your drink over ice and serve! 

All of these drinks are jolly on their own, but they taste even better poured up in a cookie shot. Even Santa would approve! No more milk and cookie mess, simply pour up, sip and bite! Cookie shots are the perfect addition to make any holiday party that much more festive.
