Pumpkin Spice Cake Pops recipe:
Ingredients:
-15 oz can of pumpkin puree
-12 oz box of yellow cake mix
-½ tsp ground cinnamon
-¼ tsp ground ginger
-⅛ tsp ground cloves
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large mixing bowl, mix together with a hand mixer the pumpkin puree, yellow cake mix, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves until well combined. The mixture will be thick.
Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to scoop out the mixture and form into balls. Place the cake pops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
Frosting Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, mix together using an electric mixer the powdered sugar, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until smooth. If the frosting is too thick, add more cream or milk until it reaches the desired consistency. Spread or pipe the frosting onto the cooled cake pops. Sprinkle with cinnamon or decorate with fall-themed sprinkles before serving. If you're too lazy to make the frosting just melt some white chocolate chips and dip the pumpkin cake pops into the melted chocolate and decorate with some Oreo crumbs let them cool at room temperature and Enjoy!
Storage:
To store, place in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to a week. If you want to freeze them, place them in a freezer-safe bag or a covered container and freeze them for up to three months. Let thaw in the fridge before serving.
